Tim comes to the recruiting industry by way of the commercial and specialty construction industry. Tim has held roles in the construction industries that include Field Superintendent, Project Manager, and Division Manager. Tim's specialty within the recruiting industry is tailored to general construction and concrete subcontractors. Tim has placed candidates and serviced clients in all 50 states and has worked in 7 foreign countries. Tim has a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan and a Bachelors Degree from Indiana State University.
